Known Fit Traits

How this piece actually runs.

Most riders found it runs small, a few true to size.

Positives

  • Single-layer denim that riders found genuinely comfortable, worn from the 40s to over 90 degrees
  • Knee armor sits in an outside zippered pocket so you can pull it without taking the jeans off
  • Length suits shorter riders; several from 5'1" to 5'3" said it hit right at the ankle

Watch-outs

  • Runs small with no stretch; this is Italian sizing, and most riders sized up one to two from their usual
  • Low to mid rise that sits low on the hips; riders who like a high rise noticed it
  • Cut slim and straight through the hips, so curvier riders size up for the hips and then belt the gap at the waist
  • Length runs short for riders over about 5'3", reaching above the boot

Probably my favorite riding jeans in disguise yet

Probably my favorite riding jeans in disguise yet - great for riding to work as I am still full protected, but can look normal at my casual office. The zipper on the outside for the knee armor is nice and convenient so I can take them out at work. I was comfortable in the 60s fahrenheit on the highway and at work with these. 27 fit just right at 5' 3.75" lbs and 109 lbs, length hit just at ankle

Almost Perfect Jeans

I've become a big fan of Spidi gear because it's stylish, made with high quality materials, and is flattering to the female form. I'm 5'2", 112 lbs, with a slim/athletic build. I purchased size 28 jeans, and they fit really well out of the box. The length was perfect, which was surprising because I'm below average height for a woman. The denim is a great color, and it feels soft yet durable. The low-profile knee pads in the zippered pouch are a unique feature that I really like. What I wasn't expecting was how low-rise the jeans are; as a result, they sit low on my hips, and the pockets a

Quality jeans, don’t be afraid to size up.

Girlfriend says these jeans are actually incredibly comfortable, and while it’s pricey, you can definitely see and feel the quality of the pair there. Single-layer denim is definitely much more comfortable than any liner jeans she’s tried, but would have been nice if hip armor was included. My girlfriend is 5’ 2.5”, slender, and her normal AG jeans size is 25. We ordered a 26 (lowest Spidi has) and then realized she’s been subjected to vanity sizing here in the US. The Italians aren’t kind and straight to the point. Per the other reviewer, we then opted for a size 28, and the waist fit perfec

order a size up

I'm 5'2", 110 lbs, 26" waist, 34.5" hips, and I ordered the 26. I couldn't get it to close and it has no stretch whatsoever. I'm returning it and probably not trying a larger size because it will be baggy in the legs.

Great jeans for the shorter riders!

I originally sized up once from my usual jeans size and got the 28, which I was just barely able to get on all the way and struggled to button. The 29 has been out of stock basically forever so I ordered the 30 hoping they'd be ok. Turns out I love how the 30 fits, they're especially great for colder mornings when I want thicker base layer leggings underneath but they're also comfortable on their own. The waist is a bit too big so I typically wear a belt but other than that, I love the fit. These are a lower-mid rise jean, which is my preference but they might be too low for those who prefer h

Spidi J tracker - great jeans for the Riding Moto lady

These jeans are soft and pliable, comfortable in most weather conditions, love that the knee armor is removed via concealed zippers in front/outside of jean. They are a size of waist smaller than your actual measurements so for example if you are a 33, order a 34. I am 5'3' so the length is fine with my short high top riding boots. These are one of my favorite models of jeans but they are usually sold out.

Nice riding jeans

Love the fit in the waist, however the length is a tad too short. I'm 5'4", The length does not reach my boots. Knee guards work great and are easily removed.
