I ordered an eight tall with my waist being a 30 and the size 8 saying it's a 32 waist. Measuring the waist with the pants on the ground it's 28... I couldn't even get them over one thigh, So I can't say anything about the length either but they seem like nice quality. Just by looking at them they seem like they would be good for big hips and small waist.”
