“I bought this coat for trips from Tennessee to the West Virginia mountains this year because the temps were supposed to be in the 60's and my other coat is the Merlin Shenstone air which is a mesh summer coat. It's really good in weather between 40-75. Above 75 or 80 it's too hot. I rode for several hours the morning I came back in 45-50 degree weather and it kept me warm although I did layer underneath. I will say during my trip an hours ride on the freeway at night at around 70-80 mph at 50 degrees was miserably cold but maybe I'm just a baby. It's definitely not a true touring coat, but I ”
