Held sizing & how to measure

Measure yourself once, then match it to Held's chart on any product page. Here is exactly what to measure for each kind of Held gear.

  • Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, around the top of the hip bones, inline with the navel while keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground.

  • Hips

Measure the circumference, from pelvic bone to pelvic bone, at the widest part of your hips below the waist.

  • Inseam

Measure from the highest point of your crotch down to your ankle, along your inner leg.

  • Height

With no shoes on, stand with your back against a wall and your feet together. Measure from the floor to the top of your head.

How Held fits women, from real riders

What riders praise

  • Two-in-one design (waterproof and ventilated chambers) is genuinely versatile
  • Gauntlet length keeps wrists covered where jacket sleeves fall short
  • High-quality construction with solid seam finishing

Watch-outs

  • Finger length runs long, at least one rider returned them specifically because fingers were too long
  • Waterproof chamber can feel tight in the palm and fingers until fully broken in
  • No touchscreen compatibility despite the premium price point
