Verified buyerDurable and Comfortable
“Last week I was in a motorcycle accident. I was driving home at night, and it was dark. There were no cars in front of me so the road- the highway I was on- was very dark. A very large wolf-like dog ran in front of me while I was going about 55 mph. I couldn't avoid going down. Cops and ambulance said they weren't expecting me to be responsive. These shoes barely have a scuff. Feet and ankles entirely intact! Will continue to use these! Also, these are very comfortable shoes!”

Perfect riding shoe
“I bought my first pair of these two years ago and wore them every single day on my >1hr ride in to work, in all different weather conditions. I love alpinestars motocross boots, so I knew I couldn't go wrong here either. My feet were always dry. They never did wear out, but were recently stolen so I am back to buy another pair. Highly recommend these light weight, but fully protective riding shoes!! They feel great and I can't imagine riding with anything else on my feet! A noteworthy bonus is that I am a little short so I am always on my tip toes on my bike. These shoes actually do give me a”

Verified buyerComfy casual riding shoes.
“Very comfortable shoes on the bikecand walking around. Love how casual they look. As others stated these are long, so better to size down. I normally wear 7 to 7.5. The 6.5 fit perfectly. Only downside which is expected since these are WP/synthetic: They are not well ventilated, so my feet do get a little smelly after wearing for awhile. So just be aware of that if you have to take your shoes off near other people.”

“Seriously comfortable everyday riding shoes. My bike is my primary mode of transportation, so I needed something versatile that I can wear both riding and walking around town. Criteria were protection on the bike, comfort walking and aesthetic. The shoes did not disappoint. They were comfortable to walk in out of the box, but also feel sturdy on the bike. Good protective features and lot of retroreflective elements. Sizes run large. I normally wear 8.5 women's. Right size in these shoes was a 7.”

Verified buyerLove these shoes
“I'm a complete newbie to motorcycles, and I did a ton of online research about riding gear. I'm very safety-conscious and wanted to get riding gear that was both safe and comfortable. These shoes were one of the few I could find that are full-textile (no leather, suede, or other animal products) with an EU safety rating (Cat 2 CE certified to EN 13634:2017). I love them. They're really comfortable, and they feel safe. I did read other reviews and order a half size down from my regular shoe size, and that size fits well. Highly recommend them.”

Verified buyerStyle and Protection! (1/2 size down)
“I had to order a 1/2 size down. I wear a 9 1/2 in every running/workout shoe (and that size hasn't changed in years no matter what brand), but had to return these for a 9 instead (too much toe room). Other than that I love the look and fit. A little cheaper than Dainese shoes and still have plenty of protection. I opted for the WP because...who wants wet feet and socks while riding?? Will be getting another pair that are more ventilated around Spring.”

Verified buyerOrdered half size down
“These are the best riding boots Ive ever owned. They run large, even with the half size down but thats ok because they are quite narrow. The tongue on the right rubs against my front ankle so I need to wear longer socks. But minor inconvenience for an overall EXCELLENT boot. I love the stiff sole which helps for a short rider who is constantly on tippy toes.”

Verified buyerRuns a size big
“Im usually a 7 and got a 7.5 for comfort but didnt need to. I returned them and got a size 7 and they fit a half size bigger so I was okay with that. Ive ridden with them in the cold and my feet dont get cold. I ride a sport bike so with the more aggressive stance the shoe tends to hit my shin which is kind of irritating but I can live with it. I wish they were covered in the back but it makes it easier to put on and off although you still have to loosen the shoelaces a bit. I love the Velcro strap on them, thats my favorite part. Also Im short about 5 1 and I have no trouble reaching ”

“I am a 9.5 in Nike and 9 in other shoes. I had to return once because I ordered an 8.5. I ended up with size 8 US and 40 EUR which fits me great. It still provides wiggle room. I would say it's a B width. Not made for wide feet. Once the sizing was squared away, the performance of the shoe was awesome. Sturdy, protective, comfortable, form fitting to shift gears with perfection. Just an awesome shoe and a great option for women. Thank you Alpinestars.”

Verified buyerSize down
“Comfortable riding shoes. Typically I wear a size 6.5, but I went with the reviews of downsizing 1ft down. I ended up getting a 5.5 and they fit me perfectly.”
