Sadly returning

“I wanted to love these. And I'm sure on the right person they are fantastic. The leather is lovely. But when they say "low rise" they mean low! The gap when I sit down (even with a belt) is way too big and way too low for comfort. Think plumbers crack extreme! My jacket, which is fairly long and covers a good bit of my tailbone, would still leave me "mooning" the drivers behind me! For reference, I'm 5'9", 145lbs, 32"/28"/41". I bought a size 8. The pants were slightly snug on my thighs as I expected. It was the low rise/gap on waist/hip that has me returning them. I think this comes down to b”

Nice leather - BAD sizing!

“The material and construction on these pants looks great, but the sizing is WAY off. I ordered according to the measurements provided on the website - even checked First Mfg Co’s website for size info to confirm prior to ordering - and could not even get these close to buttoned. A good 3 - 4 inch gap does not make an accurate fit, and they were way too tight in the thighs as well My jacket is also made by FMC, and is also snug for the measurements provided (but at least it zips and looks good), so FMC does need help understanding how numbers and bodies line up. Prepare to order 1 - 2 sizes UP ”

Not really riding jeans.

“These are low rise leather jeans. Ride in them, and you will show skin on your lower back unless you wear a (short skirt and a) LOOOONG jacket. They are nicely made, lined down to the knees, and IMO good for dancing, but not really riding jeans. NO protective anything but slide. The seams are single stiched. OTH, they're pretty inexpensive as leather pants go. Ad for fit: these re designed for the slim thighed, relatively large waisted girls.”

Too much gap - rise is too low. So hard to find GOOD women's leather jeans.

“*SIGH* I absolutely LOVE these jeans! I bought my first pair, sz 14, several years ago. For a while, the largest size available only went up to a 16, which I sadly outgrew. I was absolutely thrilled to see RevZilla carry the full line and jumped up to a size 20 even though my true jeans size is a 14/16. The thighs & hips fit GREAT, even a lil extra room by about 1/4". Got them on w no worries, but then BAM!!!! REDICULOUS back gap and waaaaaayyy too low rise. Like, doesn't even clear my tail bone. At 5'-4" & 180 lbs, it's disappointing..... Not for Thick Thighs that Take Lives

“Like all of the other reviews say, these are not for girls who squat. They look good, but I couldn't get them all the way up over my thick thighs and then there was a good 3 inch extra in the waist. I got size 18 and I'm usually a 12/14 or L/XL in workout gear. I'm not sure a size up would've worked either. With the thighs not fitting, I definitely would not have gotten my leg over my adventure bike. Maybe if you have a lower bike or are a passenger this would not be a problem.”

Bad fit, save packaging to return

“Good solid leather, but doesn't fit well. I usually wear a size 10 or 30 waist well. This brand size 10 is too tight in thigh area and too large in waist, so won't stay up. Sadly, I accidentally threw original box out before getting around to wanting to return and can't return now.”

Strange cut and fit.

“I bought three different sizes of these pants for my wife and nothing fits. Just an odd cut and always too low in the back. Don't need her picking up the kickstand puck in these, if you know what I mean. Two stars only because they seemed to be well made and a comfortable material she said.”

“Being 20 years in the fashion industry. Editor-in -Chief of very publications. I’ll add my two cent opinion. Near perfect product, stitching quality of a high brand level, good inner lining, fits like a glove for women who have slim & toned body type, size charts are correct. Suitable for both riding & fashionable casual look. Easy to accessorize for parties & fashion events. Leather grain perfect with no beamish or cresses. The only criticism I have is the lack of pockets for crush protection inserts both for knees & hips & the lining not removable for wishing. Overall great fit all around Q”

Unfortunately, too short in the rise

“The styling and quality of the leather and lining were beautiful! Unfortunately, I had to return them because like another customer mentioned, they were just so low in the back, I would have been really exposed while riding. It's a shame, because the workmanship was great, but these pants were about 2.5" too short to be practical or comfortable. If the rise were higher, you'd have a great product!”
