“I picked up the Blaze 2 last year after finding the Techno (1) just too hot for summer. Bought the Blaze 3 for the GF this year. We're both completely satisfied with these jackets. I'm guessing to find better airflow, you'll have to step up several hundred bucks (Klim) AND lose the abrasion protection. I'd recommend trying these on in person as the sizing can be tricky. I wear an XL in the Techno, but a 2XL in the Blaze (5'9 185 lbs). However the Ladies Small fits her petite frame perfectly. I'm totally fine skipping the brand name jackets and saving money with quality Bilt products.”
