Favorite boots!

“I was looking for a pair of waterproof women's boots that had enough style and comfort that I could wear them all day after I arrived at my destination. These are perfect! The leather is soft but tough enough that I have 250 miles on them and they are showing no wear at all from my gear shifter. I know that I am wearing boots but they still have a soft enough foot bed to be comfortable for all day wear but also enough rigidity that when I put my feet down at a stop light I know I'm sticking to the road. Cute boots, but the sizing chart is very wrong

“Looking at the sizing chart, as a size US 6.5 or 7, I should be a 39. Knowing that seemed too big, I purchased a size 38. Even that is way too big. A 37 may work, but I'm not .willing to try again in case I have to pay the return shipping a second time.”

Good Protection, Great Style

“I purchased these boots after doing a low-side in some gravel. I was wearing Doc Martens: badly sprained my ankle and learned my lesson. The Forma boots offer a good deal of protection while maintaining the classic work boot styling that I like. There is interior and exterior malleolus protection (although it is not adjustable and isn't ideally located for me personally), really solid toe and heel boxes, and a steel shank adding great rigidity to the sole of the boot. The waterproof gaiter works well and the outer zipper has worked well since un-boxing. These boots, however, are NOT made for ”

U.S.size chart is off -- go by your Euro size

“Based on the previous reviewer -- I ordered size 39 -- which is correct for my size 8.5 -- although I believe the size chart says that would fit size 7 . The footbed fits fine -- even room for a thin insole or thick socks. The odd part of the fit is how tall and loose the boot is near the front of the ankle -- there is a strap there with one snap -- it would have been nice if there was a second tighter snap. I've only worn them at work so far -- not on the bike -- they are fairly comfortable, but after standing for 5+ hours -- my feet want something else. I noticed (right out of the box) the s”

Nice Boots

“I like these boots. As some of the other reviewers have mentioned, they are a bit loose on my calf. I can remove them without unzipping them. I wouldn't want a smaller size because then they would be too tight on my foot.”

Great Boots

“Finally had a chance to wear these boots for an extended time this weekend during my required riders course. Over 5 hours, 2 days in a row...on and off the bike constantly. The boots were very comfortable to walk and ride. Mobility was not compromised at all. I found the boot to fit slightly large overall, with the caveat that the footbed in the toe area was slightly narrow. I don't have a narrow foot, but i don't have an overly wide foot either. They did seem to stretch in a little bit after wearing them for awhile, and i imagine they'll get even better. Overall i'd definitely recommen”

Impressive!

“I wear insoles in my shoes and I was looking for a boot that they would fit in without constricting my feet and these are it. They are so comfortable and I am able to move easily in them when shifting and riding. The best part is they are great for walking when not riding and so stylish!”

“I bought these for my girlfriend the they are the proper size but easily slide off her foot. Any smaller would crunch her toes. They are built nice but if they don’t stay on in the event of an accident what’s is the point. These are for style only. Very disappointed”

“I'm normally a US size 7. I ordered a 38. They fit well, If you can get the zipper to work. The zippers are heavy duty, but it seems to be a poor design. They do no move easily. I wore them on one ride. Not even a long ride. (thank goodness) My right shin was in pain from the top of the boot digging in to my shin. Braking was killing me. The soles are not very durable. The bottom, design was worn completely off after one ride. I love the look of the boot. Fashion does not trump function. Now I have $200.00 boots I'm not going to be able to wear.”

Size runs very smmal

“Boot I ordered was a wide 9.5 size, but the boot that arrived, although showing the same size was no where close to a 9.5 wide. In fact it for my daughter who is an 8.5-9 in shoes!”
