Verified buyerBeware
“Bought these primarily because it was labeled as a staff pick. Fit well and were very comfortable but on the downside the fingers shredded immediately as I went down at 45mph. Broke two fingers and one of them had the bone sticking out of the side of my finger requiring surgery and a pin put in it. They look good and feel good but offer little if any protection. Everything else I had on held up besides these. If they didn't fail I would have walked away with just a little road rash. Beware.”

Verified buyerAbsolutely no protection
“Do not fool yourself: These are not riding gloves. I got in a low-speed low-side collision wearing these, and they instantly shredded along the outside seam. All my normal, non-riding gear - regular jeans, tennis shoes, leather jacket - held together and took a few scrapes. My hands took the worst road rash, like I wasn't wearing gloves at all. I bought them because they looked cool. Big mistake. Maybe they're good for pushing a stroller, but I wouldn't wear them above 2 MPH.”

Not that protective.
“Very stylish gloves - fit well, bit does not seem to be very protective (just guessing, haven't crash-tested it). Not the best choice for really hot weather as it lacks air flow.”

Exactly what I was hoping for
“These are really excellent gloves. I bought them for the style, and because I know Dainese is a good brand. The gloves fit perfectly (I usually wear a large but the size chart recommended I go XL; Glad I listened), they have a good feel on the bars, and good breathability. Interestingly, they also do a good job keeping my hands warm enough in the low 40's (F). I've only been using them a few weeks now but so far, there isn't one thing I don't love about these gloves.”

Brown is very dark
“Haven't seen past reviews about this. But I just ordered the brown gloves, which are pictured as a caramel color but they arrived as a dark chocolate brown. Revzilla staff, awesome as always, let me return for free since it wasn't what I was expecting. But just be aware..the brown is MUCH darker than what's pictured.”

You get what you pay for!!!
“These gloves by far are the best, most comfortable glove for the Harley rider!!! I had several pairs of gloves from the top manufacturers, and Dainese by far are the best fitting, true to size glove on the market!! They are a little more than most, but they are worth every penny!!”

Verified buyerPerfect for longer fingers
“Great quality gloves only down side is the finger lengths are really long if I were to size down any more my hands would be smushed. My hands were spot on for the measurement of the xxs but when I put them on I still have about half an inch before my finger tips will reach the end of the glove.”

Sizing was a little off
“If you want a more fitted look I recommend a size smaller than your usual. I wear a Small and I feel like I should have gone with the X-Small and let the leather stretch that little bit. The thumb on the Small was a little long and the finger lengths were about right--the palm and backhand are a little wide. I chose to buy these gloves for the look and they do not fail on that end. Simple, classic, with just enough padding to make me feel a little better about taking a low-side crash”

Verified buyerEverything you expect from Dainese, but I wish the fingers weren't so long
“High quality, great look, but the fingers are weirdly long. I originally bought a large after measuring my hand like the instructions say. The glove fit my hand, but the fingers were too long, so I sent it back and got a medium. Same issue, fingers are again too long, except the glove is a little more snug in the hand. I'm keeping the mediums, hoping that the leather will conform to my hand over time and exposure to the elements.”

Stylish and comfortable, thats about it
“Went down around 28 mph and while they were better then nothing I doubt they would hold up in a crash/slide any faster. Just had a bruised palm but the glove itself has a hole from the accident. Fit id say was somewhat true(i have a large). Im actually having an issue now with the palm area stretching/ folding while riding. So i try shrinking the glove a bit for a tighter fit, this again could just be from the accident.”

Stylish Cafe Style Gloves
“My qualm with most cafe style gear is that it lacks adequate protection. That being said, this is a beautifully styled glove and I get lots of compliments.”

“Gloves are REALLY difficult, I'm right there with you. I have the opposite problem. Small fingers and small hands (I measure 7.25" around the widest part of my palm). I can't wear any of the larger men's gloves that have more features like GoreTex Xtrafit membranes. For you I recommend any Rev'it ladies glove, or Rev'it Small Men's glove. They fit slender, longer hands the best as far as I've seen. I would try any of the following: Street/Waterproof/Fall/Spring * [Rev'it Summit H2O Women's](http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/revit-womens-summit-h2o-gloves) * [Rev'it Road Star GTX Men's](http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/revit-roadstar-gtx-gloves) Track/STreet/Race * [Rev'it Jerez Men's](http://www.revzilla.com/product/revit-jerez-gloves) Of course, the Pro version would be the crazy track/race glove if you want GP level protection. Fits tiny! I can almost fit into a small which is impossible for me in any other mens glove. * [Rev'it Stellar Men's](http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/revit-stellar-gloves) These don't fit as tight as the Jerez. I do love Dainese men's gloves for women too, but only if you had shorter fingers. They don't run as long as Rev'it. Generally speaking, Rev'it is the perfect brand if you have any length issues (arms, legs, torso, hands) My [favorite glove](http://gearchic.com/reviews/discontinued-gear/racer-high-end/) of all time is discontinued :-( The company, Racer, is scheduled to release a ladies street glove this year. I'm hoping it fits me! Hope this helps :)”

“Any recommendations for gloves that actually have protection (looking at you here, Dainese...) that would fit a thin but longer fingered hand? If I go to any gear shop here (http://mcas.com.au for example, they're our biggest accessory shop) I have maybe 2-3 options of glove to try on, of those 2-3 1 might have armour and none have ever fit me properly. I've tried mens gloves but even XS are always too wide and baggy. Womens when I can find some with half decent protection are always uncomfortable short in the fingers. For the track I'm wearing [Alpinestars Stella SP-2](http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/alpinestars-stella-sp-2-gloves) but the fingers are too short, next size up was massively baggy through the palm. Off track and in warm weather I've also got some [Ixon](http://www.bikersworld.com.au/motorcycle-accessories/ixon-ladies-gloves/ixon-ladies-tattoo-glove-black) gloves that actually fit comfortably but the protection and textile back make me a bit uncomfortable. _deep breath_ Ok, I am done my glove rant now. This has been an ongoing quest for about 3 years and none of my riding buddies (all guys) really understand :(”
